 Maine General Contractors stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

Unless otherwise stated in a written contract:

Workmanship Warranty

MGC provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on completed construction work.

This warranty covers defects resulting from improper installation or workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from weather events
• Improper maintenance
• Client-supplied materials
• Structural movement
• Manufacturer defects
   

Products and materials may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties.
